SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping costs
Orders over $40 ship free. Orders under $40 have a flat shipping rate of $2. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Lost, delayed, or incorrect orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, your order is well past the estimated delivery window, or you received the wrong item, email us at Petvaza01@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a correction.
